Meet the Founder

Corporal Pablo M. Cardone, USMC Veteran

Pablo M. Cardone is a disabled United States Marine Corps veteran who proudly served from 2002 to 2010. His decision to serve came in the wake of September 11, 2001, when he withdrew from college to enlist in the United States Marine Corps. He enlisted in December 2001 and began active duty shortly thereafter.

Pablo graduated from USMC Boot Camp on March 28, 2002 and continued his training at the School of Infantry and Machine Gunner School, ultimately serving as a Machine Gunner (MOS 0331).

He was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines, where he completed two combat deployments with Echo Company, transitioning from rifleman to machine gunner.

  • 1st Combat Tour: Initial invasion of Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom

  • 2nd Combat Tour: Ramadi deployment (September 2004 – April 2005)

Throughout his service, Pablo rose to the rank of Corporal, taking on increasing leadership responsibilities in both combat and operational environments.

Following active duty, he was reassigned to the Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) and later served on active reserve orders with Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) in New Orleans.

His roles during this time included:

  • Ground Safety Chief with 4th Marine Aircraft Wing (4th MAW)

  • Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) at the MARFORRES Command Operations Center (COC)

Pablo’s leadership foundation began prior to his military service. He attended Marion Military Institute, where he participated in JROTC from 1998 to 2000 as part of the “Alamo Scout” Ranger Unit, serving as a Commanding Officer.

During this time, he was selected for a Congressional internship program in Washington, D.C., where he served as an intern in 1999 and later as a junior staffer in 2000, representing the New Orleans region.

He later attended Norwich University, studying International Law and receiving early acceptance into a military commissioning program before choosing to enlist.

After his military service, Pablo continued his education in Homeland Security studies at Tulane University and also pursued acting at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.

After serving his country, Pablo founded this company with a mission to help fellow veterans navigate the benefits and support they have earned through their service. Drawing from his own experiences, he is committed to providing personal guidance, respect, and dedicated one-on-one support to every client.
